Argentinian cuisine takes on a 100% plant-based twist with Chef Ignacio Malespina. In this workshop, participants will prepare more than 11 traditional recipes adapted to vegan cooking: eggplant escabeche, fainá, alfajores, empanadas, salads, dips, and more. At the end, everyone enjoys the dishes together, with drinks included. A hands-on experience to discover flavours, learn new techniques, and enjoy cooking as a community.
