EU-LAC Multi-Stakeholder Forum discusses the future of long-term care

The EU-LAC Multi-Stakeholder Forum on long-term care brought together representatives from institutions, academia and civil society from Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean in Berlin to advance the implementation of the Bi-Regional Care Pact. Through the exchange of experiences and innovative proposals, the meeting reaffirmed the importance of strengthening bi-regional cooperation to advance towards more inclusive, sustainable and rights-based care systems in response to the challenges posed by population ageing.

Countries in Latin America, the Caribbean and the EU launch the EU–LAC Bi-regional Care Pact

The national focal points of countries participating in the European Union–Latin America and the Caribbean Bi-regional Care Pact met in Berlin to launch this bi-regional cooperation mechanism, adopted at the EU–CELAC Summit in Santa Marta.
