The vision of this Centre is to transmit to the citizens the reinforcement of the ethical and moral values, the academic training and the incentive for working on social research. This through a methodology based on strengthening and spreading science, education, social integrity and joint work, to search for the economic, political and social welfare of the Dominican Republic, through discussion and promoting ideas.
