Promote cooperation between the road administrations of Iberia and Ibero-America, fostering links between those responsible for them.
Improve the technical level of the administrations through the exchange of experiences and knowledge transfer.
Serve as a platform for the collegiate representation of the road administrations of Iberia and Latin America before other international organizations and institutions.
To promote the use of two Iberian languages (Spanish and Portuguese) in international forums on transport and road infrastructure.
