Consumers National Service (SERNAC)

Chile State agency responsible for ensuring the protection of consumer rights established by Law No. 19,496. Service that protects the rights of consumers / as focusing primarily on the most vulnerable groups in the country, leading to structural changes in this market, which is achieved by consolidating a national network of consumer protection and instilling a culture of responsible drinking.
