The EU-LAC Foundation's Strategic Partner ECLAC is co-organising a one day Policy Summit on EU-Latin America relations within the framework of the AL-Invest IV Programme* to provide input into the preparations of the 2013 official EU-Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Summit and the second public-private dialogue event between the European Union and Latin America on “Foreign Direct Investment and SMEs”. * The AL-INVEST IV Programme, financed by the EU, is a European Commission initiative which aims to support the internationalisation of Latin American SMEs, in collaboration with European business organisations, in order to reinforce social cohesion in the region.
