It is a cooperation program between the European Union and Latin America that contributes to the reduction of inequalities, the improvement of levels of social cohesion and institutional strengthening in 19 Latin American countries, by supporting their design, reform and implementation processes of public policies, focusing its action on the areas of gender equality, democratic governance and social policies.
