The Institute of Latin American Studies at Salamanca University, in collaboration with the Association of Intercultural Exchange Uruguay, is organising a lecture series on “International Relations of Latin America: Strategic Challenges and Learning Opportunities” from 5 to 8 March 2013 in Salamanca, Spain.
