La Cocina Mexicana – Cooking Workshop

A Mexican course with all the classics, led by Vicky Jiménez. Participants will cook totopos and dips, guacamole, green tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, beans, enchiladas (green and mole versions, with some vegetarian alternatives), and cochinita tacos. At the end, everyone enjoys the dishes together, including a tasting of fine Tequila and Mezcal.
