Latin flavour – Cooking Workshop

A gastronomic journey through Hispanic America with Chef Javier Delgado. Participants will prepare vegan ceviches, arepas with guasakaka and pico de gallo, octopus & sweet potato chef-style, chifles, canguil, and Olivia Kochschule’s Latin America tribute dessert, the iconic Olivia’s Fake Cake with mango, María cookies, dulce de leche, and Tajín. At the end, everyone enjoys the dishes together, with drinks included.
