The City of Hamburg is famous for its internationalization and opening to the world´s different cultures. Germany's “door to the world” is proud to be one of Europe's biggest consular headquarters and once a year organizes the Long Evening of the Consulates in which the general public has the opportunity to get to know the city´s cultural diversity through different cultural events organized by the multiple consular representations and international organisations based in Hamburg.
The EU-LAC Foundation actively participates in this event as a home to its Caribbean Member countries. This year the Foundation will host the representations of Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, and Saint Kitts and Nevis among others and will prepare a cultural program that will include music, dance, film broadcast and degustation of local products.
Join us on Thursday May 21st 2015 at the EU-LAC Foundation's headquarters (Hagendornst. 22 20149 Hamburg) for a taste of the Caribbean.
