The RFIEA is a scientific cooperation foundation created in 2007 by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. It contributes to strengthening the attractiveness of French research in the humanities and social sciences (SHS) by supporting the development of institutes of advanced studies in France as well as the deployment of initiatives to promote the internationalization of French research in these disciplines.
