The Autonomous University of Madrid is organising a course about the social, economic and political divides in Latin America and to analyse new concepts of how to overcome these challenges. Moreover, the course will deal with the question how Spanish international cooperation could be modified to better help to address these issues. The seminar will take place from 25 February to 20 March 2013 in Madrid.
