The satellite event "Port cities in globalisation - Barranquilla and Hamburg" will be held in the city of Bogota (Colombia) on March 13th. The satellite event is organised by the Universidad del Norte, in the framework of the XXI edition of the Europe Chair, in cooperation with the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) and counts with the participation and cofinancing of the EU-LAC Foundation, which is financed through voluntary contributions of its Member Countries and in particular the European Union and Germany.
The Executive Director of the EU-LAC Foundation, Paola Amadei will participate as speaker on the event in which she will present "The EU-LAC Foundation in Hamburg: a bridge between Europe and Latin America".
This satellite event precedes the International Conference “Port Cities - Doors of Continents Barranquilla and the ports of Northern Europe: past and present” which will be held in Barranquilla on the 14th and 15th of March.
