This is a scholarship programme for doctoral studies at a university in the region that is located in a country other than the one in which the previous studies were carried out. There are two modalities: junior, to do the entire doctorate in an Ibero-American institution, or senior, aimed at university professors to do the first year of studies abroad and continue the following years in the university of origin. The last call for applications closed in mid-February 2021 and the scholarships have already been awarded, the beneficiaries of which joined the programme in September.
