Province of Buenos Aires

The Province of Buenos Aires is an area of enormous dimensions. 40% of the total population of Argentina lives there. Located in the east-central region, bordered to the north by the provinces of Entre Rios and Santa Fe; to the west by the provinces of Cordoba, La Pampa and Rio Negro; south and east by the Atlantic ocean; and northeast with the Rio de la Plata. Northeast is the City of Buenos Aires. The Provincial Directorate of Social Responsibility is the agency responsible for promoting, encouraging and fostering CSR in the territory. It is Part of the Undersecretary for Community Relations and Communication depending of the Chief Cabinet. The main lines of action in promoting CSR of the Directorate are: - the CSR Award "Together is Better". - the RSE Information Registry (R.I.R.S.E).
