This seminar, entitled " De Madrid a Santiago: recorrido, balance y perspectivas de las relaciones entre América Latina, el Caribe y La Unión Europea" and organised by SEGIB, will reflect on the development of the bi-regional relations since the last EU-LAC Summit in Madrid in 2010.
