The Technical Cooperation objective is to continue supporting the Andean countries (Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) regional energy integration process to promote commercial energy exchanges between them, through the optimization of the use of energy sources and assets in the Andean Region, promoting greater well-being for the population of these countries through the reduction of both energy costs and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
