From 3 to 5 April 2013, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is organising the “IV Ministerial Conference on the Information Society in Latin America and the Caribbean” that will take place in Montevideo (Uruguay).
The conference is co-funded by the European Commission and the Government of the Republic of Uruguay and will amongst other topics examine the regional achievements and challenges in the field of information society with reference to indicators agreed upon in the Regional Action Plan “eLAC2015” in Santo Domingo in November 2011.
