A key actor in deepening the bi-regional strategic partnership
The EU-LAC Foundation is an international organisation created in 2010 by the Heads of State and Government of the European Union (EU), Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), which is composed of 61 members: the 33 LAC States and the 27 Member States of the EU and the EU itself.

We are a key and relevant actor, as stated by our membership and collaborating entities of various kinds, in the deepening and dynamisation of the bi-regional strategic partnership. We intend to contribute to the strengthening of high-level political dialogue and to reinforce multidimensional cooperation between both regions.
